Jason is kind, honest, professional, and goes above and beyond the typical realtor duties to make sure that his clients are happy. We were moving from Atlantic Canada to the Ottawa region during the pandemic which caused several unique obstacles, including the fact that travel for us was severely limited as the Atlantic region required a mandatory two-week quarantine period upon return. We also did not have a specific region in mind, just that we wanted to be within an hour from the Ottawa city center. Jason was undaunted by these challenges and rose willingly to face them. He constantly sent us listings, discussed with us what we liked or didn’t like about them, and adjusted accordingly. When it came time for a showing, the house we wanted to see was over an hour from where Jason lived but he readily went to the property and performed a virtual showing for us with his phone. One of our main concerns for the property was the access to reliable internet, and Jason, without being asked, called around local companies to find out more information for us. He coordinated all the inspectors for the home inspection (3 in total), as we were unfamiliar with local companies, and stayed the entire duration of the home inspection including walking the property with me. I honestly cannot say enough how fantastic it was to work with Jason and how impressed we were with his services. His attention to detail, his care for his clients, his professionalism, his knowledge of the area, and his willingness to do whatever it takes for his clients is second to none. Jason is also an all around nice, good person. We never felt rushed or hurried into anything. Instead he made us feel confident and sure of our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Ottawa region!
